Event Design - Summit 2023-2025
The Summit was a major international event organised by CHAMP Cargosystems, bringing together more than 500 industry professionals for several days of conferences, networking, and product showcases. The event takes over an entire hotel and transforms it into a fully branded CHAMP environment.

In 2023 the Summit took place in Athens and in 2025 in Bangkok, transforming entire hotels into fully branded CHAMP environments.
My role included developing the complete event visual system: large-format spatial branding (roll-ups, flags, atrium banners, registration desks), print collateral (brochures, folders, badges), TV screen videos, and web and social media promotion. I was also responsible in fixing the speakers' presentations, adjusting the templates, so it followed the brand guidelines as set. Each Summit was an immersive brand experience across physical and digital touchpoints, prepared for networking, engagement and learning.
