Citizens Advice Merton & Lambeth (CAML) is an independent charity organisation, which helps people from that area to resolve problems, which are connected to several themes. In addition, the charity is a part of a national network of over 300 local charities. The charity aims to provide advice and improve the policies and practices, which are freedom, confidentiality, independence and impartiality.
The CAML's Promotional Set consists of a charity box, several postcards for the target audience, a promotional video, and a personal process document.
