The project was set up by the creative agency Rufus Leonard, which asked to re-imagine the high street bank of the future, how it might look like, and which new services it might bring to the bank’s clients. The task was not just to visually re-imagine the already existing bank, but also to create a full story with inspiration and motivation.
The chosen bank Santander is one of the high street banks that focuses on the new digital generation, through constantly improving the services and visually making the bank more aesthetic and modern.
The major point of the idea was to create a unique experience for the target audience, which highlights the major value of the new Santander, something that is personal.
The project was focused mostly on interviews and surveys. There was a full connection of the story, key highlights, the majority of the target audience and their preferences.
The spheres are a great idea in making the bank approachable at any time and place. The idea of something personal together with the fast bank is coming in the form of a ring, which is unique to every customer and can be activated only by the owner.
Future Santander creates a commitment with the customers, making the connection and friendship, therefore, the customers can always rely on the bank.
